My role at H&K might be the hardest to define, but I think it is one of the most exciting. Because I get to work with our clients across the agency on their digital and social media strategies as part of their overall communication plans. Defining goals and working through customer journeys is the starting point for all brands in this space.
I am a true believer that the Internet changed everything. Except marketing's primary function, which has always been to help our brands connect and communicate with people.
As the world of earned media continues to expand, it is vital that we understand how people are using these new tools of communication. So we run hands-on Digital Acceleration training, as well as bespoke Workshops centered around specific sectors to help our clients stay in the lead. Earned media has always been social media. So my job includes keeping up with the evolving tech platforms, but my ongoing field of study is human nature.
