Having worked for many of the UK’s leading food and drink brands in a variety of roles throughout my career, I have learnt one major lesson - that every client challenge is truly unique.

Rolling out the same PR strategies and ideas to every brief is not the solution in today’s complex and ever competitive marketplace. Gaining real insight into the audience and applying genuine creativity is the key to developing a campaign that will truly engage with target consumers, and deliver high return on investment

Spending much of my time with other marketing disciplines to develop integrated campaigns has also taught me never to be afraid to challenge. With ever blurring lines between the disciplines, PR practitioners can often be best placed to offer senior client counsel.

These are key lessons that I apply to my clients' businesses every day and instill into my team to help solve many communications challenges.
