Idea Catchers Sessions

An idea can come from anywhere, at any time. Once a month we meet up over lunch and discuss what makes a good idea great, picking out the stroke of genius or masterful insight and delving into the driving principles of creativity.  

There are moments of PR genius that really stick in your mind, the ones you can’t wait to tell your friends about. Like the woman who walked the Paris Marathon for Water for Africa, or Jean-Claude Van Damme doing the splits between two Volvo trucks. There’s even the iconic Christmas TV ad which has become the nation’s curtain-raiser to the festive season – and that magic moment when anticipation turns to conversation… everywhere!

We all have opinions on work we like and work we don’t; and we’re all passionate about making our own work better. That’s why we created the Idea Catchers monthly meet ups and Slack channel, to give ourselves an environment to step into the shoes of the people behind these moments and ask ourselves a series of questions: What was the problem? What insight drove the creative solution? Who was the enemy? How did they dramatise it? Did they do something first? The list goes on…
